Hi
Tops
This was actually a local church musical performed on my high school's stage. I play a nerd who falls in love with an angel and teaches everyone to respect people for who they are. |

Show
'N Tell 92
The senior talent show where I performed Michael Jackson's "Black or White" and REM's "Losing My Religion". |
|||||
The
Robber Bridgegroom
We did this musical as a non-musical for UIL One-Act. I played Clemment Musgrove. In the picture, I'm the one the arrow is pointing to. |

Oklahoma!
Having no sense of reality, I wanted badly to play Curly. I instead was cast as Ali Hakim. Eventually, I would learn that having the scene stealing character part was in many ways better than having the leading man role. In the picture, I'm being threatened by Ado Annie's father. |

Amahl and the Night Visitors
My senior class was filled with really good singers, so the Senior Play was made up of 3 one-acts, including this one-act opera. The controversy came when non-seniors were used to play the angel choir. However, after much convincing that these singers wouldn't even be on stage and that they were vital to the piece's success, the controvery went away. I played King Kaspar: "This is my box! This is my box! I never travel without my box!" |

JUNIOR YEAR The Last Meeting of the Knights of the White Magnolia We did this play for UIL One-Act. I played Lonnie Roy McNeil. |
|||||
Grease
I played Doody. |

Noises Off!
For UIL One-Act, we actually did this play. Crazy! I played Tim. |
|||||
You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown
This is the first time I played Linus in a Peanuts musical. I did Snoopy years later with the same costume. In the picture, that's me seated and sucking my thumb. |
|||||
| FRESHMAN
YEAR Pippin
I love this musical. I was in the ensemble. In grad school, I would go on to study with the man who produced this show on Broadway, Stuart Ostrow. In the picture, that's me on the far right. |
|||||
Aladdin
I think I played the Ring Genie?? I know I scored the show, playing the keyboard during the rest of the play on stage as part of the show. |

JUNIOR HIGH
This is a church musical I did in California. I was so excited because Kirk Cameron and Candace Cameron attended the church and were in the audience. |
|||||
Oklahoma!
The first time I did this musical was the first musical I was ever in aside from school plays in elementary and primary school. This was in California. In the picture, I'm the one standing on the left (stage right) while Will does "Kansas City". |

KINDERGARTEN I don't recall the name of the first play I was ever in, but I do know that it was a "literal play" and I played the stage right curtain. My arch nemesis in kindergarten played the stage left curtain funny enough. I wonder what became of her. When I picture her in my head, I think of Veruca Salt in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. |
